People that are capable of treating animals in this or any violent manner do not deserve to live among free people. They should be locked up and punished to the full extent of the law. Further the laws should be made much stronger. These deranged individuals will not stop at helpless animals. They have or will go after others that are weaker, physically, than they are. Our children, sisters, mothers, and even grandmothers, as well as some weaker men that can't defend themselves. Make the punishment for this crime something to be feared. And, these monsters should be forbidden from EVER owning a pet or farm animal again!
