i will compleatly agree with this petition because i am a massive animal lover and i hope that the person how did this rots in hell

no forgiveness ... his story is crap. if you have a dog, you're gonna get dirty ... the trunk is unacceptable no matter what. punishment to fit the crime. no leniency. .. think of the dogs suffering, they don't just 'fall out'.

If nothing is done to punish the sicko that did this then there's no hope for animals in s. Korea. The number plate was given to the police so there should be no excuses. People who can do this have no right to live. A lethal injection would rid the earth of these people.

I guess I have been very wrong in thinking that the people in S. Korea were kinder more gentle people. This is an example of the fact that some are just like other cruel abusive people anywhere. This situation is a horrible example of the terrible cruelty that inhumane people do. I hope Karma will take care of those who did this very soon and hope that it will be a very unpleasant experience that they go through.

this person needs to face the fullest extent of the law . thi is sick as all hell . I wonder where they left their heart cause they sure don't have one. they might need to spend time in a mental instatution as well. since they can't have the same thing done to them.
