What a despicable act of EVIL... find that person and drag him... Bastard!

The owner should be dragged behind a vehicle till near death, and then minimal treatment given!!! This is disgusting, I should get my hands on someone like this, I know I'll go to jail, but he'll be in hospital for a long long time!!!!!

What a despicable human being would do such a horrific thing! He should be dragged from a car to his death!@!!

No living thing deserves this kind of abuse. These people need to learn the error of their ways and make sure the new generation grows up with a compassion for every living creature.

hope they prosecute those responsible MAXIMUM SENTENCE, even though this is never enough for the cruelty inflicted on our beautiful animals. Real justice would be to drag them to death, then they would regret what they did.

If you only think this happens in other countries you'd be wrong ... I have a beagle that my cousin found that looks as if someone had dragged him behind a car he is missing an ear and a half of his right side of his body was ripped off and he had to be skin grafted and sewn back up so it's not just else where it happens here too

unbelievable.... i am NOT a person of hate but to bring an innocent animal to dead is unforgivable. the worst thing a human can be and he has LOST the privilage to be called "human"... in my eyes......

I dont understand why this happens they should be put away we are all one on this earth peace and love to all please.

Such horrific abuse of voiceless animals cannot be tolerated by any civilized society. Those who took photographs should have stopped the car and confronted the monster. Anyway, this malicious monster should not go unpunished.
