What on earth would make anybody do something as horrible as this to something so defensless. I would seriously worry about anyone that could do this to an animal, what they are truely capable of..

It has been said that those who hurt animals tend to hurt people later one, and that the greatness of a nation is reflected by the way it treats animals. It looks badly on the nation if such cruelty as mentioned in this petition is allowed. I fear that the disgrace from this will cause people to have bad attitudes toward this country, including boycotts of tourism and goods. If you punish acts that harm animals, your country will be a wonderful place for everyone involved.
