The owner had a very poor excuse for not letting the dog in the car and even poorer excuse for putting it in the trunk, as he should have known it would open when going over a bump or slowing down. If this was in North America, you'd bet there'd be charges. Dogs and other pets, should not ever ride in a trunk! If he was so worried about getting his car dirty, he should have left the dog at home or bought a crate for it to travel in. Another example of how you can't fix stupid even if you're educated and have money. =(

The maximum sentence is not even enough in my book by being I cannot do anything about that I do want to say that this individual needs to be made to be very well advertised for his deeds so no one even gets animals around him that THEY own. Not just keeping him from owning things.

This is an abomination. The guilty party must be brought to justice. And Korea must change its animal protection laws; animals are beings, like us. There is no excuse for this.
