Absolutely shocking !!!! this person needs to be put in jail and the keys thrown away

I am travelling again in 2015 and will need to book my ticket to Europe and USA so any vouchers would be great as I am a Pensioner

Only sub humans think this is ok, those who abuse animals go on to abuse humans, 1 year in jail is fine but would you give them 1 year if they dragged a defenseless human to their death?

If a human is capable of doing this to a dog, that human is capable of doing it to a human. This person must be found and charged. I pray this poor creature went into shock quickly and died. The thought of it suffering is almost unbearable. What kind of person does this?

Animals deserve to be treated with respect and love, not discarded or abused with cruelty and that is exactly what has happened here. These animals deserve to have protection rights. People who harm them deserve to be punished harshly with not only fines but imprisonment
