Sick beyond belief! What kind of horrible MONSTER does this type of act?!! Clearly we know, the MONSTER responsible for this horrific death of this beautiful animal should be locked away from society. How can the world be safe when a creature with such a sick mind is walking around free? Do something to stop this MONSTER from him/her ever being able to harm another living being again.

My wife and I feel nothing but outrage and contempt that pet owners in Seoul, Korea are permitted to cruelly and maliciously drag animals behind their vehicles resulting in grievous injury and/ or death. My wife and I will support organisations lobbying to stop acts of malicious animal cruelty such as this. Furthermore we will boycott Korean products and not spend a dollar of our leisure (tourist) money in Seoul or anywhere in Korea while this continues. Previously, my wife and I associated you with the Olympics. Now when we think of Seoul we will think: "barbarism", and "legally sanctioned animal cruelty". Please restore your reputation by legislating against acts of animal violence, introduce stringent pet protection laws, prosecute and fine the perpetrators of these barbaric acts severely, strictly forbid them to own pets in future and penalise them heavily if they breach this.

I want the person or persons who did this given the same punishment they gave that poor dog. this is so vile and cruel they MUST be punished to the full extent of the LAW.and maybe some more.

This is too crazy for words. I'm ashamed to be human.
These things make me wonder how many people there are on this planet that are insane. This really scares me!!
