Where's the ATV Bypass trail?
The final report from Tract Consulting states on the very first page that the ATV Bypass route would need to be installed first before redevelopment of the T'Railway. This has unfortunately pitted the motorized vehicle users against the walkers, as the T'Railway has been taken away from the former group to give to the later before an alternate trail is developed for ATV use. Why did the town of CBS not following the advice of the report that they paid for with respect to T'Railway development?

1.0 ATV BYPASS ROUTE
A detailed consultation and interview process ... Early in the consultation process it was confirmed that the ATV bypass route would have to be installed first, before ATV use on the existing T’Railway route can be banned, and before Conception Bay South can lease and subsequently redevelop the T’Railway in their municipality.
I would say they do not have the right to close it. i see a court case in the making keep useing it and let them take you to court everyone that gets stopped or gets a ticket changle it in court
I would like to say keep it open to ATV users but to be quite honest, on multiple occasions, I have been walking and been nearly ran over by teenagers driving dirt bikes. If it wasn't bad enough that I had to jump out of the way to avoid being hit by them, factor in the large plume of bike exhaust and dust that I am left choking on and then there is the loud screaming from their aftermarket exhaust kits.
Sorry, until you find a way to deal with the hethons and little punks out driving around on dirt bikes running away form municipal enforcement and terrorizing people walking their dogs and children, your not going to garner public support.
Regards,
Tim
