because it is worth remembering old timers who made the music what it is today. john`s crusade is magnificent. besides,he is a good friend of mine and i wish him all the best in this venture.

I signed because I believe the Big Bopper should be up there in the hall of fame with all of the other music legends of our time. :-)

I'm An Life-Long Fan Of The Big Bopper Have Relatives In S.E Texas My Mom Was Raised There And Have An Uncle who Went To School With J.P Richardson. I Love His Music And He Was An Pretty Cool Cat At That!

I signed this petition because this is an honor that should have been given to JP long ago. He was deserving of this recognition in the past and it is a complete show of disrespect for this man's talent to not be in the HOF
