Cze, Gems is not their for us anymore. Taking away more more advantages of us, steal our money under our noses the past few months, day 2 day allowances gone without notiftying us, heavy increases yearly as our salary cant handle it anymore, ect!

The service from GEMS is bad, funds are always depleted and I have to to pay extra for services GEMS refuse to pay for whereas there's still available funds. #GEMSmustfall

Gems is a joke itself, now must register dependant yearly or they excluded, and the premiums increase twice, in january and wen we get annual increase. Increase. It is not in keeping with the consumer price index. The increase is more than cpix yet we get 7%

I would like GEMS to stop these yearly increments, to carry over unused funds to another financial year, to pay dividends and to make each member a shareholder cause they contribute money to ensure GEMS is making huge profits while their families suffer.
