Allowing again kitesurfing in Greek waters (by KiteMag.gr)

They will lose a lot of income if this really is true, i won't be coming to greece to kitesurf again and won't spend my money there. They should know better now that they are receiving help from the other euro countries to overcome the financial mess they created, what about cancelling all aid?

Tourists who like kitesurfing will stay away from Greece. I have to cancel my september Holiday.

GREEK COAST IS UNLIMITTED AND THERE IS SPACE FOR EVERY ONE. RESTRICTIONS AND DENIALS WILL HARM TURISM THAT GREECE NEEDS SO MUCH THESE DAYS.
Coast guarde will do better to run after criminals than kite surfers.

We are seven couples who are planning a vacation in Greece in order to surf in this state we had to cancel the vacation in Greece and traveling to Spain

I really cannot understand why they do that...

For a country in dire need of income and foreign currency, Greece is sure going about it in a strange way. How are those interest payments going to be made on all of that IMF debt. What's Greece's youth unemployment rate again? I'll go and spend my Euros elsewhere.

i spent holidays in greece for 10 years. i will go in another country. I am a manager and to relax with my family i ride kitesurf during my holidays. So i keep my money for another country where kitesurf is welcome.

This sure made it easy to choose vacation destination this year. Anything but Greece.

The peaple that are giving us a bad name are the ones trying to teach themselfs rather than getting at least a one day lesson to know the safty of what or what not to do. ie: Do not go out in off shore winds.

A lot of stupid rules clearly written by people who have no idea about kitesurfing. I agree with restrictions, but an almost outright ban is rediculous and harmful to our tourism, which afterall is the only thing we have left!

It should be allowed to kite everywhere where is the water!

Was in Rhodos..it's incredible, nice sea, nice palces, good eating..and of course...good wind and flat sea...how could matter where to kite in all those km of beaches???...i'd not come back there if no kiting...would be as to go to restourant and take from home a sandwich....
