Why make signing this such a complex problem - don't you want most possible to be able to do so?

This is ridiculous and the intro doesn't make sense either.

Petition already done

A petition has already reached 16000+ signature against this congestion charge. Why adding more over complicated petition? Make it easier or you will miss several signatures. I am good with technology but didn't manage to sign this petition.

Not only can not use the QR code but a number of the people I’ve contacted with this petition can’t either.
