We have over the last 2 weeks been without electricity on numerous occasions over 48 hours in one stretch last week alone and it is getting worse. Call centre a joke, help none existent. also this week 2 days unable to buy Prepaid electricity, system fault at Ekhuruleni.

The EMM has to be brought to answer for the incompetence that they have become. We the rate payers have the right to know what is happening to our monies if not to update infrastructure, which is clearly not happening!!!
