Because it is a fair request and will help to stop corrupt and devious practice by medical aids. Why do formularies exist at all ? Why preferred providers if same prices are charged ? Why a penalty for patients even if same prices are charged? All these point to a corrupt system where the excuse is that patients benefit but it is the medical schemes that ultimately score.

We cannot afford Medical Aids to dictate to us. It is not constitutionally correct. For just once pharmacists need to stand together.

Very good initiative , I support it 100%. The problem with us pharmacists is we don't want to stand together (unite ) against a course. Doctors always get their way because they are very vocal and never allow statutory bodies to dictate to them. We need to shut down our pharmacies for  1 day and go protest at the SAPC. Enough is enough we are tired this ill treatment

To show tangible support to fellow pharmacists in their efforts for improvements to a profession which is much sought after by the profession but is being strangled to extinction through the combined efforts of BIG business and GREEDY medical aids !
