Because it is unfair to punish someone when you have no definitive proof they did anything. He shouldnt have to turn over his private telephone- its his private property and not property of the NFL therefore, he legally didnt have to turn it over. He did not commit a crime or break the rules as far as legalities go- making assumptions is all this is- a freaken witch hunt that is nauseating!!!!

Because I don't feel the punishment is fair to the Patriots when I know that other QB's like their balls over-inflated, Tom Brady likes them a little under because of the cold weather in MA at that time of year. So what's
the difference and the two guys who turned their phones over..was there messages from TB? They refer to "he" and that could be any number of people!!!
