"Worst cruelty" is an understatement., and too kind of a description for the abuse and atrocities to which this "man" subjects his animals. If only the animals were strong enough to fight back...

Such an atrocity ... this "man" needs help - either by a judge to imprison him, or for anger management. He needs surgery for he is definitely lacking a heart. Perhaps the surgeon can look around for a soul while he has him "opened up." During treatment/punishment/imprisonment for his crime and abuse against animals, can you withhold water and food please, and play recordings night and day of the cries of the animals while he is behind bars. No, this is NOT extreme punishment -- he seems to think it is acceptable treatment.

The woman is the owner and is responsible. Her response to this horror has been disgusting and displays a weak character and complete lack of integrity. It is a disgeace that South Africans have to be saddled with this despicable parasite - and she is not the only one.

She is the owner of the farm and the animals and it is the OWNERS responsibility to ensure that the farm is well managed. Lame excuses should really not be tolerated, and as the Premier it is assumed that she is educated enough to own and run a farm, otherwise why was the farm purchased. What happened to those animals is unforgivable and she is not even apologetic! Such people should NEVER be allowed to own animals as the understanding that all amals are sentient beings is clearly lacking and is one of the main root causes.
