This petition is to stop the trains from being a public nuiense in the Fifth Ward community. The trains block off several intersections for very long periods of time. The trains travel through the community several times per day. The trains travel through the community everyday. The trains create noise pollution several times a day, everyday of the week. The first train of everyday begins at 3:00am in the morning. The second train comes around 8:30am in the morning. The third train comes through around 11:30am in the morning. The fourth train comes through around 3:00pm in the afternoon. Due to the configuration of the rail roads in Fifth Ward, the trains block the residents, businesses and stakeholders from commuting to work, school or doctor office appointments.
