ELAWINI LIFESTYLE ESTATE AGM NOVEMBER 2023

The current Elawini estate board of directors have released a statement indicating that the AGM will be held in April 2024 instead of November 2023. This is in contravention of the MOI. According to the MOI  article 3.1 The company shall within 12 months after the end of each financial year hold a General Meeting in addition to any other General Meeting s during that year and shall specify the meeting as such in the notices. Article 1.6 states that the financial year end of the company shall be the last day of December.

The current board of directors tors have taken decisions that could be detrimental to the estate like introducing an in house security company without notifying the residents. As residents let's sign this petition demanding that the AGM be held in Novemver 2023 as stated in the MOI.
