As a tembisa residents we are facing a huge problem yase municipality based on our monthly payments now with this petition I am hoping we can stand together and find answers why we paying so much and how possible is it that we pay every month but our rates they always high and our grandparents do they real have to pay till they die truth of the matter is on tembisa we are paying the most than other places and we are tired we are enough
