Closing outside garden area for NEW SOUTHGATE CONSERVATIVE CLUB

New Southgate Conservative Club, N11, London causing lots of distress to residents with laud music until midnight, and drunk people who smokes in the garden surrounded with residential gardens and flats looking direct within meters of the clubs garden.

We would like to close garden area of the club, for non disturbance and non use for parties. Drunken guest getting louder at late night with continously smoking and singing, while residents can not keep windows open in heatwave, some residents suffer with health conditions which causes further health issues 

Furthermore we would like not allowed any music at premises as connected to walls of local residents, causing much distress.
