change the statute of limitation for those who have not yet been

I feel like some people need their voices heard. I feel strongly there needs to be change and it begins with you. The new change should be for those who need help with getting their voices heard. The change should be about the expiration of child molestation after 12 years. The reason being is some of these children are abused at a young age and are traumatized so badly that they are unable to speak out. Yet when they are older they are capable of speaking up about the crimes committed against them. Unfortunately nothing can be done due to the statute of limitation. I want to make a change for these kids. They need our help. They need our support.
