Cancel the removal of the only ATM in Kingscourt

The Bank of Ireland branch in Kingscourt Co. Cavan is closing along with the ATM. This ATM is the only lodgement facility in the town. No on street 24/7 option will be enabled as replacement. Have spoken to local businesses and they are fearful that business will be lost with people going elsewhere to do banking, then shopping etc.

With each account holder being charged €6 per month, per ACCOUNT, then we can surely afford to maintain at least a 24/7 service. 

Starting this petition to try and raise awareness and get local councillors and TD's involved. I have emailed Minister Heather Humphreys today. Let's get local representatives on board, that's what they are paid for.
