Meeting Held
2016-04-13 14:09:09A successful meeting was held today with the Regional Director, SAPS, JMPD, EMS, MMC and other stakeholders. The meeting discussed the following matters- High Crime Rate, community Participation, Immediate objectives to be Actioned, Medium Objectives and a number of matters relating to crime. It was agreed that the interests of the community must be given priority. SAPS N JMPD agreed to jointly act to prevent crime. A follow up meeting will be held within a week. Greater efforts are being made to interact with the community and for SAPS to be visible n to properly attend to community complaints.- kindly note that we strongly encourage the community to report all crime incidents.
Also please email us if you know of any crimes unsolved, street lights not working, potholes, flood lights, bushes, tall grass as all this contributes to crime.
