Accès aux terrains détenus par JD Irving
Par cette pétition nous demandons au gouvernement du Nouveau-Brunswick, au Premier Ministre Brian Gallant et au ministère des ressources naturelles, au ministère de la justice et au ministère de la sécurité publique, d'intervenir afin d'obliger la direction de la New Brunswick Railway Company de donner accès aux terrains détenus par JD Irving.
Ces terrains en premier lieu ont été donnés pour l'intérêt publique suite à une condition de la constitution canadienne à la construction du chemin de fer canadien... afin que les gens du NB puissent retrouver leur droit de chasse et de pêche sur ces terrains.
Présentement JD Irving donne accès seulement au gens qui veulent et qui font partie de certains clubs de chasse et pêche et fait même des tirages au sort afin de permettre l'accès au terrain pour aller à la chasse ou à la pêche, et bien sur que la loi ne permet pas et se donne même le droit de fermer des zones de chasse contrairement à la règlementation déjà en place et par ce fait il y a violation de la loi sur le poisson et la faune du NB.
Nous demandons au gouvernement d'agir pour l'intérêt publique en premier lieu car la faune et tous les animaux de la faune à l'état sauvage sont une propriété de sa majesté.
