Във Велинград ТРЯБВА да се направи приют за бездомни животни
Да отправим поглед към улиците на Велинград. Там се набива на очи един проблем, който от години няма решение - бездомните животни.Ясно е, че за осъществяване на подобна идея са нужни средства. В търсене на варианти писмата се изпратени до Президентството и до Европейската комисия. И докато от президента все още чакаме отговор, отговорът на Европейската комисия е пристигнал само за 3 дни. В него се препоръчва да бъде търсено финансиране чрез проект и се подчертава, че повечето от програмите се реализират с участието на държавата или общините.Така, по силата и на европейските правила, отправяме идеята на вниманието на Община Велинград. Ясно е, че към момента общината няма нито пари, нито терен за изграждане на голям приют за бездомни кучета. Въпросът е дали ще има воля и желание идеята да бъде обсъдена и да се търсят пътища за нейното осъществяване. На първо време това може да стане в мини-вариант, с помощта на проекти за насърчаване на намаляване на безработицата сред младите хора или на проекти със социална насоченост.Ще оставим финала отворен - готови сме да продължим темата с още и различни мнения и идеи. В крайна сметка не всичко е пари, за някои неща се иска преди всичко сърце...
