პეტიცია: სექსუალურ უმცირესობათა ცხოვრების წესის პროპაგანდისა და დაკანონების წინააღმდეგ!
29 ნოემბერს ვილნიუსში "ევროკავშირთან" ასოცირების შესახებ ხელმოწერილი დოკუმენტის თანახმად, ერთ-ერთი მთავარი პირობა იმისა, რომ საქართველო გახდეს "ევროკავშირის" წევრი ქვეყანა, არის ის რომ, 10 წლის განმავლობაში ქართულმა მხარემ, უნდა მოახდინოს საქართველოს კანონმდებლობის სრული სინქრონიზაცია, ევროპულ კანონმდებლობასთან, რაც გულისხმობს საქართველოს საკანონმდებლო ბაზის, დაახლოვებით 350 კანონის, ევროპულ კანონმდებლობასთან შესაბამისობაში მოყვანას. აქედან გამომდინარე, ქართულ საზოგადოებას აშფოთებს ერთი საკითხი, რაც გულისხმობს შემდეგს: ევროპულ ღირებულებათა და ფასეულობათა სპექტრში, საკანონმდებლო დონეზე დადასტურებულია ისეთი ღირებულებები, რაც ყოვლად მიუღებელი და შეუთავსებელია ქართული საზოგადოებისათვის. კერძოდ, რამდენიმე ამ კანონთაგანი, შესაძლოა ითვალისწინებდეს სექსუალური უმცირესობების უფლებათა დაცვა-გაფართოებას, რაც ყოვლად მიუღებელია ქართული სახელმწიფოსათვის. ზემოთქმულიდან გამომდინარე, მოვითხოვთ საქართველოს მთავრობამ, საჯარო გახადოს იმ ვალდებულებათა ნუსხა, რაც დადასტურებულია ქართული მხარის მიერ დოკუმენტზე ხელმოწერით. ასევე ვთხოვთ საგარეო საქმეთა სამინისტროს, გააკეთოს შესაბამისი განმარტება, საზოგადოებისათვის ამ მტკივნეულ საკითხთან დაკავშირებით.
