با سلام
احتراما اینجانبان کارمندان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی مراتب اعتراض شدید خود نسبت به پایین بودن سطح حقوق و دستمزد خویش در مقایسه با اکثر سازمانها و ادارات را اعلام داشته و آن را به شدت ناعادلانه می دانیم.
حتی همان افزایش اندک سالانه نیز در 6 ماهه اول پرداخت نمیگردد و بعضا در بسیاری از واحدها بصورت مطالبه تا سال بعد باقی می ماند که با وضعیت تورم موجود، دیرکرد در پرداختها موجب عدم بهره برداری از افزایش حقوقهای سالانه می باشد.
تضییع حقوق اینجانبان در سالهای اخیر بویژه در سال گذشته، آشکار و در نحوه محاسبه افزایش حقوق بسیار توهین آمیز بوده و شایسته جایگاه کارکنان این سازمان دانشگاهی نمی باشد.
از تکرار توجیهاتی نظیرکمبود منابع مالی از سوی مدیران سازمانی دچار ناامیدی شده ایم و با بکارگیری روشهای مدیریت مالی غیر شفاف و ناعادلانه مخالفیم و توسل به این روشها در سالهای اخیر را ناشی از عدم توجه مسئولین این دانشگاه نسبت به معیشت و اقتصاد کارمندان آن می دانیم .
لذا صریحا خواستار موارد زیر هستیم:
1- افزایش حقوق خویش همچون سایر ادارات و سازمانها
2- نحوه محاسبه شفاف و به دور از هر گونه ترفندهای ناجوانمردانه در محاسبه آیتمهای حقوقی
3- پرداخت به موقع حقوق، صدور احکام جدید در اردیبهشت ماه(بجای تیر و مرداد) و پرداخت معوقات در همان ماه اول صدور حکم
4- بکارگیری روشها و راه حلهای درآمدزایی واقعی نه صرفا شعاری
مسئولین محترم دانشگاه لطفا از هر گونه توجیه وضع موجود جهت موارد فوق بپرهیزید، شکم گرسنه دین و ایمان ندارد، ما نه معاندیم نه ضد نظام. ما در این سالها جفا دیده ایم، وقتی باقی نمانده، ما به شدت نسبت به عملکرد شما معترضیم .
