Il n'est pas destiné à être signé par le grand public et les sympathisants, mais à montrer que la communauté des chercheurs spécialisés en études tibétaines s'engage auprès des Tibétains et s'inquiète des politiques linguistiques de la RPC. Pour que cet appel garde sa crédibilité, les non spécialistes ont été effacés. Rien ne vous empêche de monter votre propre pétition. |

The advertising on this "petition" website truly undermines the purpose of the appeal. It is uncultured, distracting, and degrading to the integrity of the academics presenting this petition and to the Tibetan people whose culture is in crisis as this is not a fit "media" environment for communications on something as serious as this.
