#2732011-01-11 23:57J'ai personnellement chercher la date de vote pour notre groupe, ils ont avoué qu'il ne nous avait pas sur leur liste. Lors de la réunion j'ai eu l'impression qu'ils tentaient de nous faire peur plustot que de nous donner les détails. J'aurais préféré un jel de salaire que de perdre cette prime de départ. de toute facon cette hausse de salaire ne suis pas le cout de la vie. |

#274 Re:2011-01-12 01:52:04Je ne peut comprendre que leur réponse soit aussi décevante en vous disant que vous n'étiez pas sur leur liste. Pourtant lors d'augmentation de cotisation syndicale il vous ont sur leur liste...Oui ils auraient du simplement gardé la convention actuelle et nous donner seulement le 5.3% d'augmentation sur 3 ans et cela aurait été acceptable. Mais non ils ont choisit de donner notre indemnité de départ (monétaires) contre rien...mais bon pour eux le syndicat. Car cela représente approximativement le montant des 95000 membres dans 10 ans ( lord de départ a la retrait)ce qu'ils ont reçu dans l'enveloppe soit 10 millions pour 3 ans.
