I read the report as well.  The initial report says one age as being reported and then in the supplemental report done by the detective the victim gives a different age. Or is it the officers reporting the incident given different ages. Who knows but I would say the officers are reporting the facts as they are given to them. Also the first report states that it was Officer Brown that initiated the contact. Then the supplemental report states it was Mr. Lucero that initiated the contact with Magallan. The two reports contradict each other on alot of the information that was reported by Mr. Magallan. Once again the reader is left with did the police officers writing the reports have the facts wrong or is it Mr. Magallan not remembering what he told the diferrent officers that had interviewed him. You are correct the report reflects Mr. Lucero was the one who used the dispatch locals check on Mr. Magallan. No where in either report does it state that Officer Brown "looked up" Mr. Magallans license plate.  The facts and statements of everyone including people that post good and bad on this should make sure they state the reported facts correctly. As to opinions, they are like assholes...everyone has one.
