We should never treat people with physical or mental challenges differently because of the extra needs they might have in some areas. Naturally we should continuously operate in an cost-effective way but if there is no other option to compensate the challenges with solutions which will make the difference so why should we then hesitate doing so? The same for those who need to absorb information via sign language. We know all that it is a fact that without a proper set of information we cannot guarantee a reliable decision making process. And information absorption is absolutely key to hearing impaired individuals who can't without that to follow up on things. Given the fact that deaf students or people could have talent to excel and contribute into the working community I would certainly insist on providing opportunities to them to absorb information with help of sign language interpreters in educational circumstances.
