/ #1962015-07-31 16:19بنده با نظر وزیر کاملا موافق هستم.در حال حاضر کسانی که موافق انتخاب ناظر از طریق نظام مهندسی هستند بیشتر اعضای هیات مدیره .. نظام مهندسی هستند که به هیچ عنوان شفاف عمل نمیکنند و نظارت ها بصورت نا عادلانه بین عده ای نور چشمی متاسفانه تقسیم میشود و بیشتر مهندسین ناظر حتی کساتی که با سابقه وبا تجربه هستن بیکار شدن..از طرفی انتخاب ناظر توسط یک عده اشخاص خاص واقعا توهینی به جامعه مهندسین میباشد و این مثل این هست که دکترها رو مجبور کنن از رو نوبت مریض ها رو وزیت کنن..که واقعا شرم اور هست.و همچنین این امر ینی اجباری کردن انتخاب ناظر توسط نظام امری کاملا غلط میباشد چرا که دیگه ناظرین تلاشی در جهت بهبود وضعیت شغلی خود چه به لحاظ علمی و عملی انجام نخواهند داد به دلیل اینکه براحتی یه مهندس بدون تجربه و کسی که حتی یک روز از صدور پروانه اشتغال اون گدشته بدون هیچ زحمتی با یه تلفن که از نظام مهندسی با ایشان تماس گرفته میشه کار نظارت به ایشون ارجاع میشود.که این امر سسب نارضایتی برای مالک شهرداری و ناظر و همینظور نظام مهندسی میباشد..در بیشتز شهرهای که در حال حاضر با این رویه ناظر انتخاب میشه مشکلات عدیده ای پیش امده است..در کل اینکه مالک رو مجبور به این کار کنیم توهین بزرگی به مردم به حساب میاد و اعتماد مردم به جامعه مهندسین روز به روز کمتر شده و واقعا جای تاسف خواهد داشت.امیدوارم جناب وزیر محترم مسکن با پیگیری مستمر و قاطع از طریق وزارتخانه مربوطه و همچنین با همکاری شهرداری ها این موضوع حل شده و اعتبار مهندسین عزیز روز به روز بسمت نعالی و پیشرفت باشد.. با تشکر یکی از مهندسین ناظر ایران عزیز |
