We sentence 16 and even younger to prisons so don't be all high and mighty about the poor youths of our society. They are capable of joining gangs and killing without mercy just as adults are. Now if you want to speak of 12 year olds and that age group you do have a strong foundation to stand on but when you get to 15, 16 and up they already no what is right and what is wrong so get off that poor 16 year old crap. You parents need to sit down with your 16 year olds and find out just what they know of life and how thier thought patterns work. I did and I was shocked to find my 16 year old was indeed very smart about the world and new a lot of things I didn't even think she knew or could understand. |
