Semantics Semper, the board failed to discharge their statutory obligations and were ruled against by Lord Trye.

Sandy is a convicted fraudster, fact.

James was on the board that were ruled against by the Court of Session.

Both have a well deserved reputation in Inverclyde.

They are the latest front (with their own interests aswell) for the mysterious shareholders and friends who have been organising things. They came in to replace Green.

They made deals with Green prior to the IPO that in time may prove not to be squeaky clean.

They use Jack Irvine (as did the long cast of spivs to grace Ibrox) meanwhile there is absolute silence from them.

I could go on but people will start to get the picture.

The 14M loss in the accounts was seperate to one off figure of 4.2M which I believe included the property aquisitions.

The 5M costs in a 22M IPO is representative of how this board work, the 22M already having gone.

On what terms ?

Because other loans that have been provided to the club by the spivs have proved extremely expensive.

With a 22M IPO, we post a 14M loss.

The unsecured overdraft facility is for 2.5M

 

Where is the investment coming from ?

There are many arguments as to why that be the case, perhaps you've been hibernating these past few years.

I only want true Rangers men at the helm.

For those who decry the board I have but. One question how much money have you invested in the club? I have invested much more than either the Murrays or McColl.

I.ve invested many many times less than the Easdales or Laxey. Therefore I have far more right than the 3Ms to have a voice in this club or even a valid opinion.

The AGM will be settled by shareholders votes.

If major shareholders back X then he has just as much of a mandate of Y, who may actually own the same amount of shares.

This argument that you use is flawed, tired and doesn't hold weight.

The language you use to employ it is uncouth, confrontational and all too common for those who favour the sustainable spivline.

I agree, we should sack the RST & RSA. Tell SOS to go and get a job, tell Dingwall & puppets to fuck off to firhill, get Chris Graham and his student pals to stop causing division and then and only then, our current board and fans can move forward as one. Just saying spivs out damages the club and support and makes us all look childish & incompetent.

Our club is being bled dry and we have cunts like you foaming at the nostrils over one guy who has fuck all to do with the bigger picture. Worse than a taig!

Get the club back to the days when the prestige of owning shares was the ultimate accolade.Not spreadsheets or profits that these fly by nights seem to use the club as a money making machine.Rangers didnt pay a dividend in 30 years.This a family club so should stay in the hands of people with Rangers in their heart and blue blood flowing through their veins.
