This vile creature should be jailed as he would be for physically abusing a child. To any animal lover, a puppy and a child amount to be the same thing. Secondly, seven years from now, he's allowed to get another pet and repeat his actions; ban him from keeping animals FOR LIFE.

I watched the video and was heartbroken to see what that piece of scum did to that poor puppy, when dogs get the blame and turn on another they will get put to sleep , why should he get 80 days need to be made an example of he should never ever be aloud an animal again , you are one piece of scum and I hope when you have served your short notice of 80 days some one finds you and does to you what you did to the little defenseless puppy , rot in hell !!!!!!!!!
