Britain has been let down once again by our pathetic justice system. The sentence given to this very poor excuse for a man would be laughable if it wasn't so tragic. A puppy today, and probably a child in 40 days or so. Who will be held responsible then, will it be the stupid person that gave him this tap on the wrist instead of the punishment he truly deserves.
