The sentence of this individual is a joke . Animal cruelty is a serious problem and the punishment for such crimes should be an indication to the perpetrators that society will not tolerate such cruel, cowardly behaviour. Animals , the same as people , deserve to live without fear ,cruelty or abuse . Those inflicting such on any animal should be dealt with and sanctioned with the severest penalties possible. Cruelty of any kind is usually inflicted by cowardly, pathetic and worthless scum.

Life time animal ban! And let's see years instead of a few days as a sentence...court room has made this seem like a minor crime...if it was a child il damn sure he would have lost the child for life and would have had a good set of years in a brick cell

The sentancing this monster got is absolutely disgusting !!!!!! And what has infuriated me even more, is the fact that he has saod he did what he did because of his 'depression'. I am 20 years old, I have suffered with depression for about 4 years, i have anger problems. I would NOT dream of harming any living person or animal. This man is rotten to the core and is just playing the sick card to lower his sentance, and it worked !!!!!! If that was the case he should be sectioned until he is 'healthy' enough to be thrown into prison !! And he should be banned for life from owning another animal.
