#2 Re: insurance2014-03-03 13:05You make a good point. The enviro agency have told me the insurance companies will be relying on them for information on re classifying the area to a high flood risk area or not. I was told that they would not be thus ensuring we are still in a low flood risk area. All this is very little consolation because if you try and get a quote now , after making a claim and look at all the new criteria you have to tick with regards to water coarses , rivers, tributaries etc... Its almost impossible to get insured with the common insurance companies. Good luck all we will need it |
