Brilliant idea Daily Dispatch! The city is rotten and it's critical that something is done. I've had a leaking pipe at the water meter outside my yard (in my driveway) since mid December and all BCM can tell me up to now is "you have a ref number and are on our list" without ANYTHING being done yet!!! BCM, exactly WHAT are my rates paying for??!

there is no control in East london.. the ppl who think they are in charge are not cause they do nothing about the filth non collection of dirt. regarless of the fact the Africa Open golf plus other events are on.. use the prisoners... bring them out to clean up the place. East London gonna loose the africa open!!! amongest other events
