Why refferee said Thailand stall for time while Thai team asked you about why Thai team can't use the taplet. You have to explain this issue, not indicate that Thai team is problem then gave the red card for us. For this situation I decide that you fault in your responsibility. If you have the good reason please tell us, we will open our minded for listening your voice.
