Because I live in Pretoria and have now from the 30th April NO TELEPHONE line!!!!! They are living in rural area's where telephone's are very necessary to reach people!

While fixing Bela Bela's also fix/upgrade Modimolle's as when I'm in Centurion I'm on 4G but when visiting my parents in Modimolle I'm constantly on Edge which is just disgusting!!

THE VODACOM SIGNAL IS VERY POOR AND I MUST CALL THE SAME PERSON SOMETIMES OVER AND OVER JUST TO ORDER ONE SMALL ITEM. THE EXTRA COSTING IS SO
UNNECESSARY

I am the Owner/Manager of Strelitzia Guest House and do card payment receiving via an ABSA payment pebble. The last 4 clients transactions all timed out due to poor network connectivity.

The signal are ridiculous, most of the times we can't phone, the sms'e don't go threw, we suffer now for more than 1 year, we report it every time, they promise us it will get better, but nothing happens. I'm paying every month my account on time, but still nothing. They must do something very urgent about it!!!

I have never experienced the Vodacom signal to be so poor. Very often we can not make calls or sign in to Zello. I am terrified at night because we live in Ronwil holiday Resort and if I can not connect to Bela Bela Crime Support we are sitting ducks.

Because we live in Pienaarsrivier, 43km south of Bela Bela and our signal at Kalkheuwel is also very bad....

Vodacom signal extremely poor between Bela and Radium.internet of no use here. Vodacom, it never used to be like that

I HAVE HAD CORRESPONDENCE WITH VODACOM FOR MANY YEARS AND ALSO HAD SITE VISITS BY TECHNICIANS AND IT WAS POINTED OUT THAT I HAVE LINE OF SIGHT OF THE TOWER. PR0MISES WERE THE ONLY RESULT.
