I signed this petition as a police officers duties are to serve and protect and that includes all animals.
Some compassion is common sense and the legislation needs to be changed to cover animal abuse and stricter laws for the police to adhere to and be a voice for these poor little souls. Be proud of your duties and do unto others as they would do unto you!!!!!!!!!!
