/ #92015-09-25 19:08As a single father and disabled veteran living on a fixed income, it is hard enough as it is to cover food etc. Higher electric bills to cover their short falls should not be or cause such burdens on the customer. As the electric franchise is a monopoly to begin with. The burdens of their unwillingness to make stock holders be responsible for some of the cost is a constant battle to struggle for low income families. I should not have to choose to feed my child or pay the electric bill due to it is ever increasing cost! |
