 Give it to sub contractors..you honestly think you would save,instead they should hire good boses, now the public works superintentdant knows nothing and cant even speek english and they hired a technical services director that was supposed to be a civil engineer and he is not, he's a mecanical engineer..wtf so they still have to pay for engineering,carrier needs to  go fast ,he even let the fire chief buy a 37k suv instead of a 24k pick up to replace the pick up he had so next year he'll want to replace the minivan they have ,which is still good for a pick up to carry the hoses after a fire and he's replacing all the air packs and tanks and buying a laptop to use on sscene for about 150k,cause he says the are 3 standards away but they are like new, so what if they are 3 standars away they are still safe what a waste
