This place is amazing and one of the few places left locally for kids and families to enjoy at a reasonable price. My daughter, family members, and friends have all hosted birthday parties here and even have more future ones planned if the facility stays. Im signing because this rollar skating place is amazing and you dont have to travel far from kokomo or any other place then you do have to travel to lafayette. I live about 15 miles from Logansport and we go. My 8 y/o daughter loves skating. My son who is 16 now can no longer skate because of his physical disability but he loves to play the games and socialize with the people. The young man that runs the place, Josh, is very nice. He stops and chats with you when he's not busy. I think it would be a disservice to the town if it closed. If the kids are at the skating rink they aren't out running around causing trouble. They truly care about the people who come through the doors and work hard to make the skating rink an enjoyable place for everyone.
My younger cousins especially love going to Logansport Skate World—they often ask to visit, and every time I take them, they have an amazing time. Without this rink, there would be far fewer recreational options for kids in Logansport, and many children would be disappointed to lose a place where they feel happy, included, and excited. Logansport Skate World is more than just a skating rink; it is a meaningful community space that deserves to stay open.
