Refusal of the deployment of the PR Councillor, Mr Budget Kaula from ward 24 to ward 19 of the African.National Congress (ANC)

The ANC Ward  24, Councillor,  Mr Budget Kaula was recently posted as the PR Councillor for Ward 19. The latter, Ward 24 , Councillor was recently announced through SABC News and Mojalove 157 channel as being a Tsotsi Councillor. The community members raised concerns with his ethical conduct against a 15 million tender within Ward 24, that he had influenced in the appointment of security companies and irregular appointed his twin brother security breaches supply management processes seen to be nepotism and intimidation other fellow community members threatened to be unalived. The memorandum was submitted to Johannesburg speaker to request for suspension and investigate the matter.

Ward 19 community members saw the videos went viral leading to the community being intimidation and threatened by the action of ANC, sadly after few days of mourning of their beloved, hounarble,  Councillor Mr Siphiwe Simelane may his soul rest in eternal peace and his spirit will remain within the hearts of the community of Ward 19.  The community refuse to accept the appointment of the PR Councillor raising concerns that there was no consultation process and furthermore the don't  need a PR Councillor, who has allegation of ethical misconduct in their Ward. Furthermore  no official information from the IEC of by election process about the PR Councillor appointment je was imposed to the community  by ANC.
