Petition to Deregister the African National Congress (ANC)

To: Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) of South Africa

We, the undersigned, call on the IEC to deregister the African National Congress (ANC) as a political party in South Africa.

Reasons:

  • The ANC has consistently promoted corruption and nepotism, betraying the trust of the South African people.
  • High-ranking officials have been accused of corruption, with some facing criminal charges.
  • The ANC has failed to address these issues, despite promises to do so.

By signing this petition, we demand that the IEC:

  • Investigate the ANC's conduct and find them in violation of the Electoral Act and Constitution.
  • Deregister the ANC as a political party in South Africa.
